Field Day is a wonderful day. Students and teachers from all three divisions of the school come together to have fun, participate in the events and enjoy the fair.
What is our favorite part of Field Day? Please be thoughtful and explain you answer.
My favorite part about Feild is hearing Mr. North talk about all the cool things about Feild Day!
ReplyDeleteI loved the games, the prizes, and the races. The races were exciting and entertaining. The prizes were cool. My favorite ride was the one where you ride in a cup and spin it.
ReplyDeleteI almost threw up on the cup ride. But I hadn't eaten yet... It felt like the cup was going to tip over if I closed my eyes. Our group was still spinning five minutes after the ride was over.

ReplyDeleteI LOOOOOOOVE Field Day! But,my favorite part of Field Day is the races that every grade does! It is really fun just to run and do whatever the sport thing your doing! I like winning places but I love doing the races more!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of Field Day was the spinning ride. It didn't go very fast but it was fun if you stared at the middle when you were spinning it looked cool. Also I liked the one where you were in the teacup shaped thing and you spun around.
ReplyDeleteI have many favorite parts of Field Day! I always look forward to wearing purple and gold to school and sharing in the excitement of the day. I would honestly say one thing that I always look forward to is the raffle. A few years ago, I won a week's stay at a health ranch called Heart and Hind. I had a wonderful week. I rode horses, read in a hammock, took cooking lessons and had a daily massage. I met many nice people. Another favorite part of Field Day for me is marching out onto the field. I enjoy this tradition because it reminds me when I was a student here. NOTHING HAS CHANGED in that way. I also really enjoy chatting with students that I have taught in the past. I love seeing how my old second and third graders have changed and matured so nicely!!!

DeleteMs. P, there are lots of things that haven't changed, there is a stand called Win A Fish and really the fish die like after one day or five years so the stand should really be called Kill A Fish!
DeleteThis year there were 2 things that I LOVED about Feild Day: I got a picture with a real LIVE monkey and pretty much everybody knows I LOVE monkeys!
ReplyDeleteAlso I found $20 on the floor and I got me and Madeline Christ T-shirts to sleep in! They look so cool!

DeleteField Day is always fun but my favorite part was to watch the other people compete against each other specially the tug of war.

I tore my MCL and could not do the races and some rides
on Field Day I got fourth place and I got a little Gold fish and when I went home Evren An I had a sleep-over Evren an I mostly played Call of duty he played all night.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of Field Day is the carnival. You get to eat, play. ride rides, raffle, win a fish, etc., etc. One memory from Field Day was this year, when I won a fourth place ribbon for skipping rope. Another was when I got my picture taken with the monkey and got a T-Shirt with Zoe spray painted on it in cursive. My least favorite memory was last year, when Mia and I won fish and Dad put them in the car. When we came back to the car, they were dead. We think that they died from the heat!!! Also, this year, when I found out that purple lost by 7 points! If only the purple seniors won. I want to congratulate whoever won first, second, third, fifth, and sixth. Good job!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part about field day, is the carnival! My favorite booth was the monkey booth and that booth is where you get to take a picture with a real, live MONKEY! And I am sure that Lila loved that booth too! My least favorite was the pick-a-chop booth.
