I think that when Mookie said " I'll be back" he just meant he would go for a walk.Then he will find a sign of Willy that Carmella put upnand think that it is a different Willy, not the one that he knows. Then I think he will find Georgina and Toby saying that it is the willy that they know.

P.P.S. If I were Georgina I would return the dog so everyone will be happy except her living in a car.
Mookie said "I'll be back" when he said that it sounded suspicious. I think he already knew about the dog because he kept asking questions like "why is your dog here?". That sounded suspicious too.
Mookie seems suspitious, he said i'll be back, he could be a criminal! The worst that could happen is him kidnapping Toby and Georgina! He might be an illegal hunter and kill people! He might of gotten a gold tooth because he got in a fight with police men!
I think Mookie knows because you would not leave a nice little dog at a rickety, run down house, tied up to the back porch and only bringing him scraps once a day.
Yes, I think Mookie knows because he might have seen one of the lost dog signs. I think Carmella might find Willy and Georgina and Toby would get in BIG trouble.
I think that Mookie knows it is not their dog because Georgina said the old ramshackle house was hers. She would probably be sleeping there with Willy if the house was hers. But she is not. She is not even feeding him that much or visiting him that much either. Also, I know a girl with a dog would visit him much more than that. I predict what will happen next is Mookie will turn in Willy because he knows it is not their dog. He will get the reward and reject it then give it to Georgina.
I think that Mookie saw the signs and will probably return willy and why isn't georgia putting on a costume and return the dog and get the money so everyone will just be happy. And Carmella won't find out but ..... if Mookie does return Willy then georgina wont be happy. But why can't she help her mom and maybe get like a small job instead of doing something bad, or going to jail but I think Mookie will return Willy or not?
