  1. Third Grade was AMAZING! I had so much fun this year. On of my favorite activities was writers was writers workshop. I liked when we go to free write and choose our own genre.
Another thing I liked was 30-G! That stands for Thirty Glories Minutes of Reading (Ms. Papadakes made up).
I also like math and math groups! In math groups, I enjoyed IXL and working with Ms. Papadakes. In math I enjoyed learning multiplication. Partial Products and lattice multiplication are fun! I also had fun learning about average and making bar graphs.
One project that I really enjoyed and was really fun was pioneers. It was fun to get to learn about the Oregon Trail.
Third grade was so much fun and I think you will enjoy it too!

  2. I love 3rd grade. I love how you don't have to sit in boy girl pattern. I love how Ms. Papadakes class gets to have writing workshop parties when the whole class is done with there book. In science I love bridge breaking It is so fun. My groups bridge held up 26 books. I was a little sad when got no girls. But I was flexible. I will really miss 3rd grade. By the way you don't have to sit in boy girl pattern at lunch. You teacher will change the lunch tables every week. I can't wait until 4th grade. I can't wait for 4th grade field trips. I love how in 3rd grade you get about 30 minutes of reading. Ms. Papadakes class calls the 30 minutes of reading 30-G that means 30 glorious minutes of reading. I will really miss 3-P. By the way 3-P Papadakes.

  4. Ms. P is such a fun teacher! I love so many things about her. I like the bean bags, not having to line up in boy girl pattern, Ms. P herself, having your own desk, how nice she is, every event we ever had, the freedom she gives you, Writers Workshop and the read out loud book choices. Third grade is so fun and I'm sure you'll have a great time and you won't want the year to end!

  5. Third grade is awesome! You have a lot of fun in grade three. In science, you go TWO days a week. In Spanish, you go THREE days a week! In Writer's Workshop, there are many genres that you write, including... Historical Fiction, Realistic Fiction, Personal Narratives, Feature Articles, and Free Write! In science, near the end of the year, you build bridges out of popsicle sticks and glue! Then, your book buddies come, and you stack books on them to see how many they can hold! In music, you have your Songwriting Project, where you pick a poem and a partner (The way you pick your partners is so fun, and you will probably never pick partners like that again), and you turn it into a song and perform it! Also, when you line up, you DON'T have to be in boy-girl order! Plus, the bathrooms are out of the room. During lunch, you don't have to sit in boy-girl order either! For recess, there is a new playground, too. You will LOVE third grade!

  6. I loved 3rd Grade so much. I was my best year at Kinkaid. My teacher was Ms. Papadakes she is so nice and kind she is all the four core values. Some things I liked about 3rd Grade was her cartwheels and our read aloud books and making our time for kids articles. Even when things don't go as planned she makes up for it. Also I love our conferences they are so much fun with her. I love the bridge breaking and the new playground and the party's that we have. She makes math fun. I really think you would like 3rd Grade and Ms.Papadakes.

  7. I love 3-P so much, I never want third grade to ever end! But sadly, there are only five days left. I will miss seeing my friends and Ms. Papadakes everyday!
In Kinkaid, third grade was one of my most fun years!
Third grade is a very fun year. You get to go to Spanish three times and you get to go to Science twice.
Ms. Papadakes is a very nice teacher, and is a wonderful role model that I look up to. She is an amazing example of the four core values: honesty, responsibility, respect, and kindness! Also, on Fridays, she does cartwheels!
In our classroom, there are beanbags and stools.
Some of the things I thought were some of the most fun activities in the year were making bridges in Science! You make bridges out of popsicle sticks and glue. Then, your book buddies come and watch you place books on your bridge until it collapses.
I never want third grade to ever end!
