I loved Pioneer Hour! Its really fun because you get to eat biscuits and jerky! And another fun thing is at the end of the day we say, One! Two!! Three!!! Have a wonderful afternoon! We also have a really fun classroom! We have 4 beanbags and a rocking chair! We have math groups, where we rotate around groups group one is a game in the lounge. group two is math boxes at the shorty. group three is on the desktops with connectED, And the fourth is math with Mrs. P. If you get Mrs. P, consider yourself as a lucky duck!
I love that at the end of each day we say 1 2 3 have a wonderful afternoon. But on Fridays we say have a wonderful WEEKEND, and she would do a cartweel. On the last day of school we say have a wonderful SUMMER! My favorite unit was the pioneer unit, it was really fun. When I was in her class we had this thing called the orange toss, its where you throw your orange to Mrs P and she would open it and throw it back. I loved Mrs P and having her was a treat.
I am so exited about step up day But the bad part about it is that you have to wait all summer long to see who your new teacher is. I am fine with any teacher. I am also really exited because we get to sit on the other side of the lunchroom. I also like how I get to learn a new set of learning techniques and new assignments. I also can't believe that I am going to fourth grade . The school day turns into a week then a month by the time you now it school is over. Another thing I like about step up day is that we get to meet new teachers and they might teach things differently then your last teacher. All teachers are differnt and nice in there own special way.
I love the orange toss. I like 30-G because you can lay on the beanbags. I love math groups because we get to play fun math games. I love ms. papadakes because she is so nice.
I love 3rd grade. The best special is P.E With Coach Brooks. The best thing in the class room is the cart wheel Ms.P does it . Then the orange toss you throw your orange to Ms.P and she opens it and throws it back.
I love 30-G. Orange toss. P.E. is really fun because we have the best coaches/the best coaches. The new recess playground is really cool. On Friday Ms Papadakes does a cart wheel. Ms P is the best!
I personally love our classroom! My favorite place to be, is the lounge. (Who wouldn't love it!?) Even though I'm not a big fan of math, I love to play the math games. I also like 30-G (thirty glorious minutes of independent reading.) One of my favorites, are read aloud. I love doing the orange toss, and everything else. But my favorite part of it all, is Ms.P!
I love Ms. Papadakes and 3rd grade. My favorite part of the classroom is the lounge. I also love 30-G and we get individual desks. Math groups and Writers workshop are my favorite subjects in the class. At the end of the day we do something called the orange toss where we throw our orange to Ms. P. We also do read aloud. And at the very end of the day we all say 1-2-3 have a wonderful afternoon or on a Friday we say 1-2-3 have a wonderful weekend. On Friday Ms. P. does a cartwheel! Having Ms. P. is a treat!
I love being in 3-P. It is fun to almost be the highest grade in the lower school. On Fridays Ms.P does a cartwheel . She is the best and we all love Ms.P.
3-P is awesome! First we have so much more responsibility. We can go to the restroom whenever we want (well some of the time) . We can go to the library any day of the week. Also 30g is an absolute ball! It is so fun. We can read for around 30 minutes and you just get sucked into your book so the time Ms. P rings the bell I sneak a few more words. Then there is read aloud where as the name implies Ms. P. reads a book for a varying time and you get to vote what book you want to read. Then there is the Orange toss that I made up with Ms. P. We throw oranges then she peels it and then she throws it back to me. Sadly many people copied me on it. Next on every Friday Ms. P. does a cartwheel and if she does not do it she does 2 on Monday, then if she forgets again 3 on Tuesday et cetera. Next is Writers workshop where all we do is write, write alone, write with a partner and write magazines. Last but not least all of the specials are fun and hard after most of the year passes. We do geography and I love geography all of it is a blast! And we cannot forget Ms. P. is awesome she is very nice, she is caring and she is flexible for example once the coaches went to a meeting or helped something during our P.E. time so we got extra recess. Also recess. Recess is 15 minutes long on Mon.-Thurs. but on Friday we get 30 minutes and the playground is awesome. All in all 3rd grade is one of the best grades ever.
I love 30 g and PE. Why I love 30g is you can read any genre. Why I love PE is because we get 45 minute's of PE. But the only bad thing is recess is only 15 minute's long.Ms P is fun because she makes learning fun=).

Pioneer hour is where we got to pick a name and family, write a journal, and on the day we presented it, we got to eat beef jerky, and biscuits with butter and honey. I also like it when Ms.P does a cartwheel on Friday. Ms. Papadakes is one of the best teachers ever!
