I am planning on going to Barnes and Noble and buying a few new books!I want to get a book like The Marriage Plot that I just finished. It was a wonderful book about a girl in college studying books. Her real life turned out like the books she was studying! Right now I am reading an awesome book called Your Thoughts Determine Your Life. A friend recommended this book to me. The main idea is that if you think good thoughts that your life will be filled with goodness. I like it so much that I bought copies for my mom and sisters and am going to buy one for my friend Mary.
I am trying out a book at home called the Extraordianry Life of Alfred Kropp but I don't really like it so I think I'm just going to read I am Number Four by Pittacus Lore although I've already read it I like to reread books because there are always parts that I never had noticed the first time.
My mom is read to me The Upstairs Room! It is about world war 2! The author is jewish and had to hide from the Germans. I'm not that far but it is good!
My mom bought me The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart. I am going to bring my Harry Potter book to Colorado with me and I am hopping to finish it so I can also finish Penny Dreadful then after I finish both books I can start reading the 4th Harry Potter Book.
I just got this book Harrison recommended to me its called Surviving Antarctica he said its about people trying to Antarctica and whoever wins a lot of money so everybody wants to win.And people are trying to stop the people from crossing. It kinda like The Hunger Games
I finally decided on what book I am going to bring on Spring Break. I am going to read the book my dad gave me called "The Blind Side" I've seen the movie but I'm hoping the book is different.
I'm reading this book about the Oregon Trail. It's hard to explain what it is about but it's about a family who wants to go to Oregon. But,it's not a true story. You get to choose your paths that you want to take. Such as if you are the mom in the story and the dad asks if you want to go to Oregon or night you get to choose what you want to do. The book is called Westward Expansion. There is also different stories like this one. The book is called a YOU CHOOSE book. There is also one about the California Gold Rush that I might read next.
