  1. I loved Native American groups I was in the Comanche. It was really fun learning about your tribe with your group. At the end of the unit you and your group get to make a skit up. Last year we did news interviews but maybe Ms.P changed that and you guys will do some other type of skit. Ms.P will video tape you and then put it on a class website.

  2. I really want to learn about how my tribe, the Hopi, made their beautiful jewelry. Did they buy it some place like a market to trade? What were their clothes made out of besides cotton? When I was reading earlier, I learned that when the Hopi people get married, the bride and groom have to give each other a wedding present. The bride and her family prepare corn cakes and I think corn pudding, too. But I forgot. And corn is also one of the most important crops. But since they live in the Four Corners, it is very dry. I AM SO EXCITED!

  4. I want to learn about how they made clothes. I all ready know about there adobe houses. They are awesome! They have lived a long time since 1200 ac. The jewelry is really nice. They lived on a mesa and on the mesa there were 3 groups they were called mesa1, mesa2 and mesa3. It would be cool the live in 4 states at once because the Hopi at a time lived there. 16. I am studying the Hopi. I think I'll really like it because they live in super super hot weather during the Summer and kinda cold weather during the Winter. Like us. I already know that they have the same houses as the Pueblo tribe. And they make yarn art. Thats what were working on in Art. The Hopi live on a mountain which they call the Mesa. There are three parts of the mesa there called the 1st,2nd,and 3rd mesa. See you tomorrow. :)
