Winter Break and Holiday Traditions!

Winter Break and Holiday Traditions

It's so exciting! Winter break is near! What are your plans? What are you looking forward to most? Are you traveling or staying in Houston? If you celebrate Christmas, what are some of your family's traditions you look forward to every year? If you celebrate Hanukkah, what are some of your traditions?

  1. I am really excited about celebrating Christmas with my family! I am planning on going to church on Christmas Eve and them eating a delicious meal with my family. I am the main chef this year. I decided to make a wonderful new lamb recipe from one of my new cookbooks. On Christmas day, my family will go to my sisters house to open presents and hang out! I am also looking forward to seeing some movies, shopping and relaxing. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays!

  8. One of my family traditions is to open one tiny present on Christmas Eve. I also go to church on Christmas morning. Me and my little sister, Charlotte don't really like to go because we want to play with all of our presents. Normally my family & I hide a couple of tiny presents in our Christmas tree! ( I almost always know what is in them because there is only 1 place that has boxes as tiny as these: James Avery.) I cannot wait for Christmas this year 'cause my stocking is as big as my dad's! ( My grandma needlepointed on the design herself! It took her about 6 months to a year!) IT IS HUGE! And today my elf is hiding in it! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! <3 Audrey:) 3-P ROCKS!

  17. what I did over Christmas break was first I went to Oklahoma and while I was there I went to my grandfather's retirement party, celebrated my birthday, opened presets, and played with my cousins. For Christmas my two favorite presents were a balance beam and a hand chair. Then Blakely Bruce came over and I got a letter from Ms. P. Now my new years revolution is to try more new things.
