  1. I am excited about Christmas! My sister Georgy Ann, her husband Bill, my niece Leah and my nephew Nicholas are coming to Houston from Chicago! My little sister Nicole, her husband Martin, niece Anastasia, nephew Gregory and my mom live in Houston. So, all ten of us will be together to celebrate Christmas! I am sad that this will be our first Christmas without my dad with us.

I am having my family over the Christmas Eve dinner. I am going to cook many delicious foods (I hope). After dinner, we will all go to church. We usually open our presents on Christmas morning. This year we will gather at my mom's house to have a big breakfast and open gifts.

For the rest of the break, I am looking forward to spending more time with my family and friends. I plan to read many new books, see a movie and go to some fun restaurants. I will also sleep in and exercise!

Our cousins and our grandfather both live in Islamabad and we stay at our grandfather's house. One of the things I look forward to is playing with my cousins! Those are some of the things I'm going to do this winter break.

My mom and maybe my grandmother are going to cook the turkey. I really want a duck for Christmas. I had a duck named Carissa, but she died. I hope that someday I can have another duck. Merry Christmas!
