Ivan, Ruby and Bob are friends. They are trying to make connections and survive in a very unnatural domain.
I try to imaging what it would feel like to live in a small area separated from other humans. Please share what you think would be painful about that experience. Also, share what you think Ivan, Ruby and Bob's friendship mean to them.
I think one of the most painful things about not being near another human would be the total loneliness. I love talking to people!

I think he has very good friends too. But ruby is still sad that Stella died. I hope Ivan makes Ruby feel better.

DeleteI would be lonely and sad that I could not see other people if I were locked in a domain like Ivan. I couldn't go without TV for that amount of time. I feel sympathy for Ivan. :(

ReplyDeleteIvan, Ruby, Bob and Stella are good friends. When Stella died ivan told stories about himself when he was little to make Ruby feel better about Stella.

And being locked up in a domain away from your friends. I think Ivan, Ruby and Bob’s friendship will get stronger by spending so much time together. This will make Ruby feel better.

ReplyDeleteIvan and Ruby are just becoming best friends. Ivan is helping Ruby adapt to her new life. They need each other to talk to because there is no one else in their domaines.
It would be hard to not get any exercise,food when you need it, or people to play with. It also would be hard to have no family to protect you. It would be hard to live in a domain.

DeleteIvan really seem like on the inside he does not want to take care of ruby. But on the inside he loves ruby and wants to take care of her. I like bob because he is really lazy and grouchy I also like bob because he loves to sleep and he talks to rats. I like ruby because she is inpatient and funny. Ivan is my favorite because he is mighty silver back gorilla. I also have a text to self I like bananas also.

I think that the friendship of Ivan,Ruby,Bob is as tight as a hard steel rock in the middle of Antarctica in the middle a VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY snowy winter! Even though sometimes Bob gets annoyed by Ruby there still as rare as gold! But Ivan is like the ham in a sandwich. Without him Ruby would have no future! Also without Ivan Bob would have never stayed at the BIG TOP MALL! Deleteit was hard on the trail. fort larrme was the the main fort and it meant you were 1/3 of the way. peoples saved up for 6 years to by a wagon that costed 85 dollars. i wold rather be on horse back than in the wagon or walking. I would like to have in my wagon train a doctor, a teacher and a sewer. that way I could have clothes for the winter. I don't know a lot of facts yet. Im excited to learn about the oregon trail
